Residence tranquillo, parco curato e adatto per far giocare in sicurezza i bambini, portiere disponibile, servizi vicini: spiaggia 100 metri, Eurospin, posteggio auto riservato, posto bici all'interno del residence. Unico neo ferrovia vicina.. ma a Silvi è così.
Residence molto tranquillo, vicinissimo al mare e tantissimi servizi, l'auto una volta parcheggiata non dovrete più prenderla.
